It narrates the life and adventures of Lord Rama, an incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu, his wife Sita, his loyal brother Lakshmana and their devoted follower Hanuman.

The Ramayana Circuit generally includes various cities, towns and sites that are mentioned in the Ramayana or are associated with the life of Lord Rama. These may include: 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬

Ayodhya: Birthplace of Lord Rama and capital of the ancient Kosala kingdom.

Chitrakoot: A picturesque town that is believed to be the place where Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana spent a significant part of their exile. 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬

Sitamarhi: This place is considered to be the birthplace of Ram's wife Sita. 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬

Janakpur: The place where Sita was born and where her father King Janak ruled. 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬

Nashik: The city is associated with the legend of Shurpanakha's encounter with Lord Rama and her nose being cut off by Lakshmana. 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬

Rameshwaram: An important pilgrimage site located on an island in Tamil Nadu, it is believed to be the place from where Lord Rama built a bridge (Adam's Bridge or Rama Setu) to Lanka to rescue Sita from the demon king Ravana.

The Ramayana Circuit aims to promote tourism and pilgrimage to these holy sites, allowing devotees and tourists to explore the rich cultural and religious heritage associated with the Ramayana.
